Shri Vishwakarma Skill University is conducting Institute level physical counselling against the vacant/leftover seats of B.Tech. for the session 2023-24 (including Kashmiri Migrants (KM)/ Tuition fee Waiver (TWF)/ Economic Weaker Section (EWS)/Haryana Govt School Topper (HGST)) at Main Campus, Village Dudhola, Palwal, Haryana as per the guidelines of HSTES. The programmes are as under: -

1. B.Tech. (Mechanical and Smart Manufacturing)

2. B.Tech. (Computer Science & Engineering(AI/ML)

3. B.Tech. (Computer Engineering)

4. B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering)

Schedule

1st Institute level Physical Counselling: 7 Sep 2023 (9.30AM onwards)

2nd Institute level Physical Counselling (in case of vacant seats only): 11 Sep 2023 (9.30AM onwards)

3rd Institute level Physical Counselling (in case of vacant seats only): 15 Sep 2023 (9.30AM onwards)

Notes

a) No entry will be entertained after 2:00 PM for the open counselling. The merit list will be prepared only for those candidates who will report on or before the 2:00 PM

b) The admission against vacant/leftover seats shall be made based on JEE(mains)-2023 score followed by academic merit of qualifying examination as per HSTES guidelines.

c) The Reservation policy of Haryana Govt. will be followed for first institute level counselling and 2nd & 3rd institute level counselling shall be held without reservation.

d) The candidates must check their eligibility for admission of B. Tech Programmes as per HSTES guidelines and the candidates must report at venue (Main Campus, Village Dudhola, Palwal, Haryana) of counseling in person along with admission form and all original documents including category certificate (if any), Medical certificate, Aadhar card, income certificate (if any) etc. and with three sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents with applicable fees.
